House Cream Stew Mix for making creamy and thick savoury Japanese white stew at home very easily.
The mix comes in powder form for better dissolution.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Fry the ingredients of your choice (vegetables, meat…etc.) in a pot.
Add water of 1400ml and cook the ingredients until it gets soft.
Put the stew mix into the pot little by little.
Cook 10 minutes more as you stir time to time.
Add 300ml milk and cook another 5 minutes.
If you are using only a half of the mix (90g), put 750ml of water and 150ml of milk.
House Stew Mix For Beef
A granule-type stew that goes well with vegetables and makes a mellow beef stew that is easy to eat and a bouillon-like umami stew. As it is a granule type, it dissolves easily during cooking, and the whole family can enjoy a stew that goes well with umami rice.
