-Add a shallow cut at center of every side of mochi so that it can be baked fluffier.

-How to cook;
with microwave oven: put 2 pcs of mochi in the heat-resistant container and fill water so that mochi can just hide in it. Then, add a heat for 2 minutes (for 500W).
with toaster oven: add a heat to 2 pcs of mochi for 4-5 minutes so that the surface of mochi can be lightly browned.
with pot: put 2 pcs of mochi in water and boil it. After boiling, turn off the heat and wait for 2 minutes before taking mochi out of the pot.
-There may be a drop of water inside the wrap due to a difference of temperature between inside and outside of the wrap, but there must be no quality or safety problems at all.
-Although you will maybe see a small dot in black or brown colors on the surface of mochi, it is a germ of the rice and no quality or safety problems at all.
-Mochi is a fresh product. Please eat mochi immediately once you open the wrap.
-Please do not keep mochi in the freezer since it may cause a crack on that.
