Recommended cooking procedure: Cook noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water, and then drain well. Transfer the noodles and toss in sesame oil and seeds. Using tongs, carefully hold the nori sheet over a medium gas flame for 1 minute. Afterwards, cut it into 2 mm-wide strips using scissors.
