PRODUCT INFORMATION

5. Fresh Chinese Style Noodle is for Jjajang and Champon. It is a Chinese-style hand-made noodle, which has a soft and chewy texture and late spread, and is a small-capacity type that can be conveniently used for one person.
COOKING METHOD
1.Add 800 ml (4 cups) of water to the pan, and when the water boils, add noodles and boil for 4 to 5 minutes.(Occasionally stir so that the noodles do not stick together during boiling.)
2.After the noodles are cooked, rinse them gently once and shake off.
3.You can put the noodles in a bowl and pour the prepared Jajang sauce or Champon soup.
