A smooth and mellow white koshi miso with added bonito and kelp dashi. Features a fresh aroma and flavor you won’t tire of.

This is a miso with dashi prepared from kelp and dried bonito. So you just dissolve this paste in hot water to make miso soup. So easy!
Ingredients; soy bean, rice, salt, extracts of kelp, dried bonito and amino acid
How to Make Miso Soup
1. Boil 800ml water in pot
2. Add tofu (150g), wakame seaweed (40g) and cook for 2-3 minutes
3. Turn off heat, gently dissolve 3 tbsp of miso (60g)
