Ponzu sauce is a sauce made from soy sauce and yuzu ideal to accompany gyoza (Chinese dumplings), Japanese nabés and fondues, fish and seafood. It can also be used as a base for a salad dressing or to serve in dip sauce. Ponzu can also be used as a replacement for soy sauce.
