Description
Sweetwell Rice Paper is used extensively for wrapping Vietnamese spring rolls of pork and seafood which are then fried and wrapped with crispy fresh lettuce and herbs and finally dipped in a sweet and sour hot sauce.
Rice paper is a translucent paper made from rice flour and water. This paper can be used to make the popular Vietnamese spring rolls. To use the paper, dip it into a bowl of cool water, wait for the paper to become pliable, gently transfer it to a chopping board and stuff with the desired filling. Use various dipping sauces to keep things interesting.
