Udon in Soup
– Put Udon noodles into 350cc of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes
Fried Udon
heat 2 tbsp of oil. put meat, vegetable, salt and pepper into stir fry. for a while reduce the heat to medium. put the udon in pan and fry together. season with saoy sauce or oyster sauce and stir well. serve.
