Once thawed do not refreeze.

Ways of cooking:
1. Boiling – Place into boiling water approximately 1-2 minutes. Another way of cooking is boiling with chicken soup with other meat broth or making rice noodles with soup addition more green onion before serving as desired. Allow cooling 20 seconds and ready to be served.
2. Deep Fry – Heat Oil about 150 – 155 degree Celsius. Place thawed fish tofu and deep fry in hot oil for 1 minute for lightly golden yellow. But if you prefer turning yellow brown, golden brown or making outer crispy should continue for 1-2 minutes. Allow cooling for 20 seconds before serving.
3. Steaming – Place on a dish, putting in a steamer and cook over boiling water. Wait until 5-10 minutes be cooked. Ready to be served after cooking.
4. Microwave – Place thawed item in a bowl and then close the bowl cover and Microwave for 1 minute until steam pressure come out. Continue for an additional 30 seconds(cooking time may varies depends on your microwave powder). Make sure product will not be overcooked. Ready to be served after cooking.
